Daniel Underwood

Daniel Underwood is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Saltus since April 2020, Underwood previously held the same title at VTCT from April 2013 to March 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing financial operations for multiple group companies. Other significant positions include Director of Finance and Operations and Director of Finance & Corporate Services at VTCT, along with Deputy Head of Faculty Finance at the University of Southampton. Underwood began their career as a Trainee Accountant at Smith & Williamson and has a strong educational background including a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southampton and a Level 7 EdExcel BTEC Diploma in Management and Leadership.
