At CareCloud SAS as a Co-founder & Technology and Product development Advisor, John performs product demonstrations for both prospective clients and existing clients as needed. I am maintaining a thorough understanding of marketplace, competitors, and industry trends in order to identify new business and marketing opportunities. John assists in design, development, and management of new, existing, and acquisition products. John develops and implements product roadmap and technology strategy for the company. John collaborates with Client Managers and Project Managers to understand and analyze the client requirements. John designs sessions for the development of new functionality and for customization of existing functionality. John reviews product performance against client requirements to provide optimal product. John drafts product reference document and product courseware for customers. John helps to create and maintain a product marketing plan for increasing sales and revenue.
