Gena Dirani

Gena Dirani is an attorney and compliance professional with a focus on SEC registration and compliance for private fund managers, including digital asset managers. They have held various legal roles, starting as a legal intern at the Office of the Attorney General and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and later served as an Associate Attorney at Springel & Fink, LLP. Gena's experience includes positions as Assistant Vice President at Ascendant Compliance Management and Vice President of Compliance at The Riverside Company. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Salus GRC and have also worked as the Director at Optima Partners Compliance Advisory. Gena holds an LL.M in Banking and Finance Law from Boston University School of Law and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
