Dharmendra is currently a Lead Instructional Designer at The Salvation Army since September 2023. Previously, Dharmendra held various positions at KPMG Global Services (KGS) from April 2014 to September 2022, including Assistant Manager, where responsibilities involved stakeholder management and the administration of a Learning Management System (LMS), as well as serving as a technology lead in Global Learning and Development. Prior experience includes a role as Process Champion at Mercer, focusing on the authoring and implementation of e-learning courses. Dharmendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Instrumentation & Control from the University of Rajasthan and is in the process of completing the Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation.
