John Penezic

John Penezic is the current Finance Leader at Sam Brown. John has over 15 years of experience in finance and business operations. Prior to joining Sam Brown, John was with Gillespie Group Marketing & Advertising as their Financial Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for strategic planning, cash flow analysis, monthend closing, staff planning, revenue recognition, budget development and management, financial system analysis, client compensation, and payroll.

Before Gillespie Group Marketing & Advertising, John was with Huntsworth Health-Tonic Life Communications (formerly Dorland) as their SVP, Director of Finance and Business Operations. In this role, they took a leading role in the business unit by partnering with the Agency's President on business direction and strategy, revenue growth and recognition, organizational structure, client relationships, P/L management, fee negotiations, cost containment and staff level management.

John has also held the title of SVP, Finance Director at Huntsworth Health-Nitrogen and Tonic Life Communications (formerly Dorland) and VP, Director of Finance at Dorland Global Communications.

John Penezic has a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Robert Morris University.
