LeeLing Phoon

LeeLing Phoon has a solid work experience in quality assurance and manufacturing/engineering roles. From 2013 to present, they have worked at SAM Meerkat, where they started as a Manufacturing/NPI Engineer, responsible for product transfer and project management. LeeLing then moved on to become a Senior QA Engineer, overseeing quality assurance activities such as SQE, IQA, IPQA, and OQA. Currently, LeeLing holds the position of QA Section Head at SAM Meerkat, taking care of IQA, IPQA, and OQA activities, as well as quality audit performance for all SAM PEs subsidiaries.

Prior to SAM Meerkat, LeeLing worked at Venture Electronics Co as an Industrial Manufacturing Engineer from 2010 to 2013. In this role, they participated in new product assembly setup, system enhancement, and transfer activities, while also carrying out improvement projects to achieve department goals.

LeeLing Phoon earned a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia between 2007 and 2011.
