Bernardo Pardini, CFA, is a strategic and results-driven finance executive specializing in FP&A, M&A, and corporate strategy. With extensive experience in SaaS and Private Equity-backed companies, they have successfully raised over $30M in debt and equity and executed cross-border M&A transactions. Currently serving as the VP of Finance at SAM Labs, Bernardo previously held positions including Manager and Head of Corporate Finance at Voxy, and M&A roles at Investor Consulting Partners and IGC Partners. They completed the Chartered Financial Analyst program and continue to enhance their skills through financial modeling education.
