Jason Lin

Jason Lin is a senior procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain leader with nearly four decades of international experience across the UK, Europe, the United States, New Zealand, China, and the wider APAC region. Renowned for delivering significant commercial impact, he has successfully led multimillion-pound procurement portfolios, multi-site manufacturing operations, and global supplier networks throughout his career.

Jason has held senior leadership roles with major multinational and Fortune 500 organisations, including Dow Chemical (formerly Rohm and Haas), ITW Fastex, Marshall-Tufflex, and SAM Labs. His expertise covers strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance systems, complex contract negotiations, engineering-led procurement, SAP/ERP optimisation, and end-to-end supply chain management.

In his most recent role as Head of Procurement & Manufacturing at SAM Labs, Jason directed global procurement, manufacturing, and OEM partnership strategies across the UK, EU, APAC, and MEA, while also supporting sales-facing operations and customer delivery.

Jason holds an MBA with Distinction from Auckland University of Technology, where he also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He began his career with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Anhui University of Technology, forming a strong technical foundation that enhances his capabilities in engineering-driven procurement.
