They serve as the Managing Partner of sfm consulting group, where they focus on leadership development, strategic planning, and executive coaching for school districts. Their extensive background includes roles as a retired superintendent and professor, blending practical experience with research-based insights to enhance educational outcomes. Currently, they serve on several advisory boards, contributing to initiatives that foster equity and innovation in K–12 education. Stephen is also pursuing advanced degrees at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Michigan.
