Michael Hagley, PCC, PEng is a highly experienced executive coach and leadership development professional. Currently serving as Founder and Principal Coach at Bearing, Hagley works with individuals who have intentionally chosen to lead and improve their leadership skills. Michael is also involved in various roles at consulting firms such as Bonar Institute, Sama, Impact Coaches Inc., Verity International Limited, and Adler Graduate Professional School. With a background in engineering and an MBA in International Marketing, Hagley brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to their coaching practice.
