Nicolas Tonnard

Nicolas Tonnard is a co-founder of Bloom, a festive catering company, and the managing owner of West Beach Bar & Snack. With a diverse background in mentoring and advisory roles, Nicolas serves as a mentor for makesense and a strategic advisor for Sama. Previously, Nicolas was the general manager of The Presbytere, a gastro pub in Normandy. Experience also includes a farm worker position with WWOOF France, activism with La base focusing on finance and strategy, and leadership roles at CFTE and The Disruptive Group, where strategic innovation in finance was emphasized. Nicolas holds multiple degrees from esteemed institutions, including a Master's in Management from Université Paris Dauphine and an MBA from Ibmec, alongside a bootcamp in permaculture.
