Raphaël Beaudoin

Raphaël Beaudoin has a strong background in operations, metallurgy, and process design. Raphaël has held various leadership roles throughout their career. In 2010, they worked as a Metallurgist at Capstone Mining Corp. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Canadian Royalties Inc., where they held the positions of Metallurgist, Chief Metallurgist, and Concentrator Superintendent. In 2017, they joined Sama Resources Inc. as the Director of Operations, and also took on the role of VP of Operations, Metallurgy and Process Design at SRG Mining Inc. In 2020, they became the VP Operations at Aya Gold & Silver.

Raphaël Beaudoin studied Materials Engineering at McGill University from 2006 to 2010. Raphaël completed their degree in the Department of Mining and Materials Engineering.
