Andy Oduor Omolo currently serves as Strategic Projects & Initiatives Lead at Sama since July 2015. Prior to this, Andy held various roles at Techno Brain BPO / (ITES) Limited from March 2012 to July 2015, including Operations Manager and Service Delivery Lead. In their current position, Andy is responsible for overseeing customer relationship management and ensuring high-quality service delivery according to contract specifications.
