Anne Secundah

Anne Secundah is a Quality Assurance Analyst at Sama, with experience since December 2016 in setting and assessing quality standards across various work streams. Responsibilities include developing assessment plans, evaluating transactions against best standards, and providing feedback for team improvement. Previously, Anne worked as a BPO Executive, focusing on online content classification and data maintenance. Earlier roles include serving as an Administrator at tripple w enterprises, managing customer service and handling incoming calls. Anne holds an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, attained between January 2007 and November 2008.
