Kimani Isaac

Kimani Isaac has over ten years of experience in customer service and operations management. Kimani began their career as a CSR at Barclays Bank Kenya before moving into a Team Manager role at KenCall EPZ. In 2013, Kimani joined AFB Kenya, where they served as a Team Manager until 2015. Kimani is currently the Senior Director of Business Operations at Sama. Kimani is skilled in capacity management, planning and resource modeling, and possesses excellent interpersonal and intra-personal skills. In their free time, they enjoy reading, football, and photography.

Kimani Isaac has a Bachelor of Commerce from KCA University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Paul's University, and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from the Nairobi Institute of Business Studies. Kimani also has certifications from LinkedIn in Operations Management Foundations, BELLIE & ROASTER in ISO 27001 Lead Auditor - Information Security Certification, FIRESNOW LTD in Certified Fire Marshall (FM), and Bureau Veritas Group in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification.
