Currently serving as Mining Manager and previously as Group Procurement Services Manager at Samancor Chrome since June 2020, Charles has held significant positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Skhalo Bulk Transport (Pty) Ltd and Director at Sebata Resources Pty Ltd, which was founded by Charles. With past experience as Plant Manager at Glencore Alloys, Logistics Manager at Samancor Chrome - Tubatse Chrome, and Plant Manager at Xstrata Alloys, Charles has demonstrated expertise in production optimization, logistics, safety leadership, and human resource management in the metallurgical engineering field.
