Ryan Noe

Ryan Noe is the Director of Mechanical Engineering at Samara Aerospace, where they lead the design, analysis, and testing of Multifunctional Structures for Attitude Control (MSAC). Prior to this role, Ryan worked as an R&D engineer and fabricator at the UCSD Qualcomm Institute, specializing in mechanical design and project management, and gained experience at NASA's Center for Design and Space Architecture supporting Orion and HALO prototyping. Ryan completed multiple internships at NASA's Johnson Space Center, contributing to various divisions focused on human systems and energy systems. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering with Honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and have been actively involved in educational outreach and mentorship within the engineering community.
