Cesar Alves

Cesar Alves is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in managing geotechnical structures and projects. Since January 2015, Cesar has served as Gerente de Geotecnia at Samarco, focusing on the safety management of geotechnical structures and coordinating geotechnical projects during the execution phase. Prior to this role, Cesar worked at MMX as Gerente de Geotecnia, overseeing dam projects and the recovery of structures, as well as at Vale as an Engenheiro geotécnico, where responsibilities included expanding and adapting geotechnical projects. Cesar also contributed significantly to geotechnical engineering at Minerações Brasileiras Reunidas S.A. - MBR, engaging in production expansion projects and infrastructure development.
