Sérgio Mileipe

Sérgio Mileipe is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in the mining sector, particularly in ore beneficiation, pipeline operations, pelletization, and port management. From 2009 to 2021, they held various leadership positions at Samarco, including Head of Engineering Department and Operations General Manager. Sérgio also served as Regional Territory Manager at Fundação Renova from 2016 to 2017. They have an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral and multiple degrees in project management and mechanical engineering.
