For more than 55 years, Samaritan has been a trusted provider of mental health care across Northeast Wisconsin, offering compassionate, accessible, and spiritually integrated services.

Outpatient Counseling
We provide state-licensed counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. Through a sliding fee scale, Medicare/Medicaid acceptance, and telehealth services statewide, we work to remove barriers to care. Each year, we serve more than 1,700 clients through 15,000+ sessions, with nearly 80% reporting improved mental well-being.

Mental Health Screening & Early Intervention
Our Samaritan Wellness Screen brings early identification and support into schools, helping students recognize mental health concerns before they escalate. We partner with schools, families, and providers to connect youth to care and strengthen community well-being.

Mental Health Ministry & Community Education
We equip faith leaders, workplaces, and community organizations with training, consultation, and spiritual care resources to respond to mental health needs with confidence and compassion.
