Keith Leonard has worked in the volunteer management and nonprofit sectors since 2001. In that time, they have held various roles in the industry. From 2001 to 2006, they were an Information Specialist/Data & Project Coordinator at Community Services Council's 211 Info Bank. In 2006, they joined Samaritan | Volunteer Management Software (VMS) as VP, Operations & Client Services, where they were responsible for providing volunteer coordinators and program managers with state-of-the-art tools. In 2010, they moved to Sheldon Remains as a Producer.

Keith Leonard completed their Bachelor's degree in English from Brigham Young University in 2001. Keith then went on to pursue an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they completed in 2013.
