Michael Brady has worked in the Information Technology industry since 1996. Michael began their career as a Computer Technician at Packard Bell in 1996. In 1998, they became a Church Service Missionary at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In 2004, they worked as a Client Services and Pharmacy Trainer at WorkingRx. In 2006, they began working at Samaritan | Volunteer Management Software (VMS) as an Information Systems Security Manager, Software Product Manager, Special Projects, Project Manager, Technical Writer, and Trainer. In this role, they deployed and managed top-dollar accounts in the SaaS industry, integrated products with client websites, ensured design and brand integrity, and delivered within time and budget constraints. Michael also produced internal and external documentation in the SaaS industry, including handbooks/user guides, “train the trainer” curriculum, and interactive audio/video online presentations. Additionally, they managed the Client Services and Implementation departments of the software company.
Michael Brady attended the University of Utah from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Japanese. Michael also attended Shinshuu University in Nagano, Japan in 2002, studying Japanese Language and Literature.
