Patrick Keller

Patrick Keller has a long history of experience in the technology field. Patrick began their career in 1991 as a Computer Retail Sales Manager for The Deanox Group, Inc., where they managed the sales floor, market research, pricing, promotions, inventory, and eventually hiring and management of additional sales floor personnel. In 1997, they became a Partner/Owner of Short Circuit Web Design, where they were in charge of Accounting, Web Design, and Personal Training. Patrick was responsible for account acquisition and internet marketing, as well as providing computer training services to small corporations and home PC users. In 1998, they became a Partner/Owner of ICOMM Internet Commerce and Online Marketing Management, where they were in charge of Accounting, Graphics, and Content page development. Patrick was involved in internet sales and marketing, website graphics, and commerce software development. From 2000 to 2012, Patrick was an eWatch L3 Technical Analyst at eBay, where they served as a liaison between Global Customer Service and Product Development, Product Management, and Network Operations support. Patrick was responsible for site issue troubleshooting, prioritization, and resolution tracking, production smoke testing, quality analytics, and roll-out communications. Patrick also managed the team, collaborated on the change process, and implemented internal tools. From 2012 to 2018, Patrick was a Service Management Transition Manager (New Account onboarding) at Unisys. Finally, since 2018, they have been an Implementation Manager at Samaritan Technologies.

Patrick Keller attended Utah State University from 1992 to 1995, studying Computer Science. Patrick obtained their ITIL v3 Foundations Certification from PEOPLECERT in May 2014.
