Dave Barrett is an experienced mediator, facilitator, coach, speaker, and trainer focused on conflict resolution and wellbeing improvement in professional settings. Since January 2008, Dave has been with Turning Moment, helping individuals resolve workplace disagreements. Concurrently, Dave serves as an Associate Mediator and Trainer at CMP Resolutions, an Associate Trainer at Samaritans, and an Associate Consultant at Intrepid. From October 2018 to October 2020, Dave supported post-graduate MBA students as an Associate Facilitator and Leadership Coach at Northumbria University. Previous experience includes a long tenure at RSPB as a Business Partner/People Consultant. Dave holds CIPD qualifications and a Level 5 Associate Degree in Learning and Development, alongside additional education from Heartsease and the British Psychological Society.
