Dawn Hart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and risk management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Compliance Director and MLRO at DF Capital since May 2022, Dawn has previously held key roles including Head of Operational Risk and MLRO at Cumberland Building Society, and Head of Compliance at revverbank, where significant regulatory frameworks were established. Additionally, Dawn contributes to the non-profit sector as a Trustee for Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary and a Volunteer Trustee for the Samaritans' Audit and Risk Committee. With a strong background in operational, conduct, and regulatory risk, as well as an educational foundation in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from The University of Manchester, Dawn has demonstrated leadership in developing risk management strategies and compliance processes throughout a diverse career.
