Gaby Vauclair

Gaby Vauclair is currently the Samaritans Training School Manager and also holds the position of Recruitment Manager at Samaritans, starting in January 2023. Previously, Gaby served as Delivery Operations Manager for Delivery Partners at Teach First from June 2022 to January 2023. Gaby's experience includes roles at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust, where Gaby was Regional Operations Manager for the North East and South West, as well as Community Engagement Manager for the North West from May 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, Gaby spent six years at Explore Learning, progressing from Assistant Director to Centre Director and eventually Regional Manager. Gaby's career began as Pastoral Lead at Millfield Enterprises for a brief period in August 2013, followed by a role in Room Service at Hilton from January 2011 to July 2013. Gaby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Politics from the University of Bath, completed in 2014.
