Gail Foot

Gail Foot is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Consultant at Samaritans since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning & Development Specialist at The Trussell Trust and Sanctuary Network Project Manager at St. Marks, Milton Keynes. Gail has also worked as a Safeguarding Trainer for Thirtyone:eight and held various positions in family support and youth work, including Supervisor for Surrey County Council and Family Support Worker & Safeguarding Lead across multiple primary schools. Paid experience as a Foster Carer with Achieving for Children complements extensive youth work experience at OXFORD YOUTH WORKS and East To West. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Theology from Brunel University and multiple certifications in training, assessment, and support work.
