Lis Skeet

Lis Skeet currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Samaritans since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lis held the position of Services Director at Help for Heroes from February 2018 to December 2022, focusing on the strategic development of services to meet the evolving needs of beneficiaries. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Employability Services at The Poppy Factory and various roles at Unum, including Vocational Rehabilitation Services Manager and Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant. Lis also worked as a Senior Occupational Therapist in Neurological Rehabilitation at Community Health South London NHS Trust and in Neurology Services at King's Healthcare NHS Trust. Early career experience includes serving as an Occupational Therapist across multiple NHS trusts. Academically, Lis holds a BA Hons in History from the University of Exeter and a Postgraduate accelerated Diploma in Occupational Therapy from the University of London - The London Hospital Medical College.
