Lucy Betchley

Lucy Betchley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and client relationship management. Currently serving as a Relationship Director at Fidelity International since July 2021, Lucy also engages with The Scouts as a Beavers leader and has been a dedicated Samaritan and member of the Prison Team with Samaritans since July 2015. Previous roles include tending to client portfolios as a DC Consultant at Buck and supporting pension and benefits administration at Capita Employee Solutions. Lucy began a career in finance with positions as a Financial Planning Administrator at Dart Capital Ltd and a Pension & Benefits Administrator at Pantheon Financial Ltd. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Greenwich, where key coursework included Strategic Financial Management and Advanced Financial Accounting. Additional experience includes a Diploma in Professional Practice with South London Healthcare NHS Trust, where project management skills were honed.
