Mark Hobbs

Mark Hobbs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Principal of Customer Success at OutSystems since October 2020, Mark focuses on enhancing the value for high-value accounts in the UK and Ireland. Concurrently, Mark contributes to Samaritans as a listening volunteer, trainer, leader, and mentor. Mark's entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of Lemur Projects Ltd, where project delivery and process improvement were key responsibilities from August 2015 to August 2023. Previous roles include Senior Project Director positions at Kisio and Maverick Advertising and Design, as well as VP roles at ItsOn, Inc., Mahindra Comviva, Cloudmark, and Volantis Systems, showcasing a strong track record in managing global projects and leading teams to achieve substantial revenue growth. Mark holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of West London.
