Miranda Davies

Miranda Davies is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in early career programs and graduate recruitment, currently serving as Head of International Early Career Programs at Boeing since May 2017 and a volunteer Samaritans Listener since November 2021. Previously, Miranda held several key positions at Thales from March 2009 to May 2017, including Global University Relations Director and Director of Emerging Talent, focusing on enhancing the employer brand and ensuring effective talent acquisition strategies. Miranda also served on the Board of the Association of Graduate Recruiters from January 2013 to January 2017 and has significant experience at QinetiQ, Lloyds TSB, and within the retail sector. Miranda holds a BA (Hons) in History and Sociology from the University of Exeter, earned in 1991.
