Paul Rowlands is an experienced professional with a strong background in mental health and marketing. Currently serving as the REST Aylsham Hub Manager and Complex Bereavement Team Leader at Norfolk and Waveney Mind since January 2022, Paul leads a service dedicated to supporting clients affected by suicide and pandemic-related grief. Volunteering with Samaritans since May 2012, Paul provides confidential support and mentors new volunteers while delivering training programs. Previous marketing roles include Marketing Manager at several organizations, including HERITAGE WILL WRITERS and NANSA, and Group Marketing Manager at Fendercare Marine, where responsibilities encompassed creating and executing marketing strategies and managing teams. Paul co-founded the Alice Rowlands Memorial Society, successfully raising over £50,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities. Paul holds an HND in Business & Finance (Communications) from the University of Bedfordshire.
