Roger Thompson has a diverse background in the voluntary sector, focusing on improving outcomes for children and young people. They have held various roles, including Education Lead at the Merseyside Violence Reduction Partnership and Branch Director at Samaritans, showcasing a commitment to education and welfare services. Previously, Roger managed three Education Welfare Services and was a Regional Adviser with National Strategies, where they developed campaigns that significantly increased school attendance. With a BA Hons in Performance Arts from Middlesex University, they are recognized for their dynamic communication skills and expertise in behaviour and attendance consultancy.
