Roxanne McCarthy is the Head of Creator Engagement at JAAQ, where involvement focuses on fostering impactful conversations around mental health and collaborating with creators to build strong communities. Roxanne has served as an Experienced Listening Volunteer, Leader, Ambassador, and ED&I Branch Lead at Samaritans since March 2021. Previous roles include a Communications and Engagement Consultant at Yorkshire Building Society, a Change Management Consultant and various positions at Studio Retail Limited, and a Production HR Partner at GAP Ltd, among others. Roxanne holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Lancaster University and has also completed A-levels in Law, Psychology, and ICT at Runshaw College.
