Scarlett Baker

Scarlett Baker is an experienced professional currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Proofpoint since February 2024 and previously held the role of Customer Onboarding Manager at Tessian until its acquisition by Proofpoint. Additionally, Scarlett has been a Deputy Director of Outreach and Listening Volunteer for Samaritans since May 2023, actively supporting individuals in crisis. As a Trustee for Age UK Torbay, Scarlett contributes to community efforts while having built a solid background in customer onboarding and sales in prior roles at EngageTech, uCheck, and Smart Properties in Spain.
