Fiona Gabriela Taslim is currently serving as the Head of Human Capital Center of Excellence at Samator Group since July 2021, where responsibilities involve managing a significant division and initiating several human capital projects after transitioning from a digital marketing role. Before this, Fiona held the position of Head of Digital Marketing at Samator Group, where duties included developing digital marketing strategies and overseeing active social media engagement. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Samudera Biru Internasional and an internship in Human Resources at PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk. Fiona holds a degree in International Business Management from Petra Christian University and completed an exchange program in Finance and International Business at Fu Jen Catholic University.
