Guy Phillips

Guy Phillips is a seasoned power engineer with extensive experience in power electronics design and power integrity analysis across multiple leading technology companies. Currently serving as a Power Engineer at SambaNova Systems since February 2021, Guy previously held positions at Marvell Semiconductor as a Staff Power Engineer focusing on board-level power design, and at Cavium Inc. in a similar capacity. Guy's long-standing career includes significant roles at Oracle America, Inc. as a Principal Power Electronics Design Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed defining power converter requirements, designing multi-phase DC/DC converters, and conducting stability analysis. Early career endeavors include positions at Apple Inc., Space Systems Loral, and Cadence Design Systems, where expertise in power supply specifications, high reliability electronics for satellites, and SPICE modeling was developed. Guy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from George Mason University.
