Amanda Friedman's work experience includes:

- Senior Manager, Brand and Concepts at Sambazon since June 2020. Amanda designed and developed the overall ambience of the SAMBAZON Bowl Shop experience, created concept briefs, brand standards, and design packages, and led the development of modular kiosks, trade show booths, and cart concepts.

- Business Development Project Manager, Parks & Resorts at Delaware North from August 2019 to May 2020. Amanda managed multi-million dollar projects related to park contracts, hotel development, and hotel renovations, collaborated on interior design decisions and food and beverage menus, and contributed to strategic business planning.

- Hospitality Project Work from April 2017 to May 2019.

- Various roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from May 2017 to December 2018. Amanda served as a student recruiter and participated in a rotational operations internship, receiving training in various departments.

Amanda Friedman attended Cornell University from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hotel Administration/Management with a concentration in Services Marketing and Operations Management. In addition to their degree, Amanda has obtained several certifications, including "Building a Product from Scratch" and "Introduction to Graphic Design: Concepts" from LinkedIn in May 2022. Amanda also holds certifications from the Disney Institute, such as "Disney's Approach to Quality Service" and "Disney's Approach to Employee Engagement," obtained in May 2021.
