Shereen Elsammaa has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Shereen began their career as a Delegate at Seeds of Peace from 1999 to 2005. Shereen then worked at Esri Northeast Africa, where they founded the marketing unit in 2008 and served as the Marketing Team Leader until 2012. During this time, they led a team of employees and was responsible for innovating business models, service offerings, and branding strategies. Shereen also worked as a Bidding Specialist during their time at Esri Northeast Africa and was involved in winning bids for accounts ranging from $5M to $14M.

Afterward, Elsammaa joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2012 as an Acting Brand Manager. Shereen managed over a dozen national campaigns targeting teens and young adults, including the successful Coca-Cola FIFA World Cup Anthem campaign for the MENA region. Shereen left the company in 2014 and joined Arlon as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing existing product lines, rationalizing the product portfolio, and leading new product development projects.

In 2015, Elsammaa joined Avery Products Corporation as a Product Marketing Manager before transitioning to the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager at Avery Office Products in 2017. In these roles, they were involved in product management, developing and executing demand creation and integrated marketing communication plans, and expanding into new markets.

Most recently, Elsammaa worked at Sambazon as the Director of Product Marketing from 2018 to 2020, and then as the Vice President of Product Marketing, Innovation & Paid Media from May 2020 until the present.

Shereen Elsammaa completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Management of Information Systems at The American University in Cairo (AUC) from 2002 to 2006.
