SambharSa was conceptualized in 2019 by South Indian food lovers who were also full-time management consultants at the time. 

They identified a GAP in their hometown, JAIPUR - Authentic South Indian cuisines were not easily available - What was available was hardly “AUTHENTIC”! 

This is where the idea of SambharSa was born! After weeks of deliberation & a couple of trips down south, they partnered with their Chef (From Madurai) and the journey began.

Sambharsa promises true, authentic South Indian flavors, coupled with a perfect ambiance that can instantly transport you to a simple home in the lanes of Madurai, Mangalore, or a small village down South. 

The outlet interiors reflect the simplicity of homes in South India – complemented by soothing Carnatic music, Fragrances of Sambrani & lots of natural greenery.
