Mark Stailey

Mark Stailey has over 35 years of professional experience. Mark began their career in 1983 as Manufacturing Manager at West Coast Scientific, Inc., where they were responsible for manufacturing operations, including staffing, product scheduling, quality assurance, purchasing, and infrastructure/facilities. In 1987, they became President/COO of InsMark, Inc., a top provider of sales illustration software, marketing services, and estate planning tools. In 1999, they became Chief Operating Officer of BISNet, Inc., a pioneer in online employee benefits enrollment & administration services, and led the startup from incubator through Series A. In 2002, they took on the role of Project Manager at Hewlett Packard, providing project leadership in a worldwide matrixed team supporting the Oracle eBusiness Suite. In 2003, they became Managing Director at Pen-Cal, where they were responsible for sales, plan design and service of non-qualified executive benefits programs. In 2005, they joined Ascend Strategic Partners, LLC as Partner, a Mergers & Acquisition advisory firm representing $10-$250 million companies. In 2013, they became Sr. Vice President, M&A Practice Leader at ClearPath Business Advisors, a Business Consulting and M&A firm. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of CFO & COO at Sambrailo Packaging.

Mark Stailey received a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley between 1981 and 1986. Mark then earned a CLU from The American College of Financial Services and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Saint Mary's College of California.
