Michael Marshall has an extensive work experience spanning from 2005 to 2022. Michael began their career as a Derivates Trader at Dynasty Financial Group, followed by a Market Strategist role at Lind-Waldock (MF Global). In 2010, they took on an Account Executive & Interest Rate Analyst role at PFG BEST. In 2011, they joined ReachMail Inc. as Head Of Customer Support, where they decreased fraudulent and abusive user registrations by adding e-hawk services to ReachMail abuse mitigation arsenal and automating early abuse detection methods with Python and pandas libraries. Michael also designed ReachMail's internal data visualization website, using a node. js express API and AngularJS app to render data from MSSQL, Elasticsearch, and InfluxDB generated time series data. In 2021, they moved to ThreatConnect as a Senior Software Engineer - Customer Support. Currently, they are working as a Support Engineering Manager at SamCart.
