Rakesh Kumar Sinha, also known as Vishnu Narsinha, is a Computer Research Scientist with experience in working for organizations such as SAMEER and the United Nations. Rakesh has been involved in computerization and automation projects for meteorology departments and has developed software applications for weather data analysis and forecasting. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from N M A M Institute of Technology.
