Ryan Gates

Ryan Gates is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering roles, currently serving as a Process Engineer at SAMES KREMLIN since April 2015, where responsibilities include the development and optimization of robotic paint application processes. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Installation Engineer at Exel North America since November 2012, focusing on the installation and troubleshooting of painting solutions across North America. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Director on the Board of the Michigan Sporting Clays Association in December 2014 and previous roles as a Repair & Service Technician and Assembly Technician at Exel North America from 2007 to 2012, showcasing a strong foundation in technical support, repairs, and assembly processes. Education was pursued at Oakland Community College.
