Kelly Smith has extensive experience in employability and training roles, having served as a Digital Assessor at QA Apprenticeships from January 2018 to May 2019, and an Employment Advisor at Ingeus for a brief period in 2012-2013. As an Events Coordinator at Dates-n-Mates from May 2019 to November 2021, Kelly further developed event management skills before taking on the role of Employment Training Coordinator at Falkirk Council from November 2021 to March 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Specialist Employability Coach and Mentor Support Worker at Remploy Ltd between 2013 and 2017.
