Göran Jönsson has over 25 years of leadership experience, with the last 20 years in senior management roles, including as the Business Area Manager at Länsförsäkringar Södermanland. Currently, they serve as the Area Manager at Samhall AB, overseeing employees with disabilities and handling customer responsibilities, while also being the CEO of Fast Försäljning AB, where they focus on organizational structure and self-leadership development. Göran holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg. Additionally, they provide training and lectures on Situational Leadership through their company, Fastswedes AB.
