Pär Fredriksson is currently the Teknikplattformschef at Samhall AB, where they focus on creating strategic roadmaps for the organization's technology platforms. Previously, Pär held various leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Sektionschef and Leveransansvarig at Transportstyrelsen, and Gruppchef at Trafikverket and Banverket ICT. With a background in engineering, having earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Driftingenjör from Mittuniversitetet, Pär is known for their reflective, solution-oriented approach and commitment to continuous improvement. In their leisure time, they enjoy cycling, spending time with Basenji dogs, and playing the guitar.
