Anna Lookingbill

Anna Lookingbill, LICSW, is an experienced professional in behavioral health and criminal justice, currently serving as the Jail Transition Manager at Clark County Jail Services since June 2023. Additionally, Lookingbill has been a Federal Grant Reviewer for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) since January 2018, where responsibilities include reviewing grant applications and participating in peer reviews. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Police Activities League of SW Washington, Homeless Veterans Outreach Coordinator at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and Jail Discharge Planner at the Clark County Sheriff's Office.
