Charles Dike

Charles Dike, MD, MPH, FRCPsych, is a Professor of Psychiatry and Deputy Chair for State Affairs at the Department of Psychiatry, Yale University School of Medicine, where they also serve as CEO of the Connecticut Mental Health Center. Dike has extensive experience as a clinician and forensic psychiatrist, having consulted on civil and criminal cases and served as past President of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law. They have held various leadership roles, including Medical Director at the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addictions, and have contributed to education as an Associate Professor and program director at Yale. Dike's academic qualifications include a focus on Forensic Psychiatry from Yale University School of Medicine. Currently, Dike is also a Special Government Employee with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
