Dawn Graham

Contractor/federal Grant Reviewer

Dawn Graham currently serves as an Associate Professor of Instruction at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine since April 2020, and as a Contractor/Federal Grant Reviewer for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration since March 2013, where responsibilities include consulting, training, and grant reviewing in project management and sustainability efforts. Prior positions include Assistant Professor of Social Medicine at Ohio University from October 2014 to April 2020, Chair of the Public Sector Issues Committee for the Ohio Psychological Association from 2014 to November 2018, and Young Child Wellness Council Coordinator/Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at Ohio University from July 2009 to December 2014, where Dawn served as Principal Investigator for a long-term federal grant. Clinical experience includes working as a Behavioral Clinician at Logansport State Psychiatric Hospital and as a psychology intern at Purdue University. Dawn Graham holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Purdue University and an MA in Applied Behavioral Science from Valparaiso University.
